Community-based Participatory Research Project for Oregonians Living with Invisible Chronic Conditions
Currently planning a project to study the unique challenges we face every day in managing our health . This project builds from the community up and the information will provide clearer objectives on individual, immediate community, regional and state-levels in building stronger planning for health care here in Oregon. Estimated implementation is Fall 2012.
