It’s that time of year again!

I’m sneaking in a greeting to all of you this Spring celebration of faith and renewal

I want to share this precious card I received from my friend, Linda. of her sweet companion, Dagny.  If you are worried about this poor little pup being put through this photo, don’t be.  Dagny is pretty certain that she is human—to the point of spending little time on all fours and most of the time standing next to you at eye level.  She owns anyone she comes into contact with and that is apparently true for most Golden Retrievers.  Thank you for the smile, Linda!

The card, if you’re wondering, was created through Shutterfly.com ~ a great website and company that gives you so many options to personalize some fun projects.

We hope you are enjoying your day free or with minimal discomfort and surrounded by loved ones.  If you are spending some time alone, know that we are sending our love from here, as always.

Maria

I know what you mean, Della~ all the best intentions in not overdoing it, using sheer will to get through the rough patches and looking forward to better days. Keep pacing yourself – we can only do what we can and have to release some of that grip on the things we can’t. I’m right there with ya’. Thanks for saying hi and let me know how you’re doing! :)

    Maria,
I love the name of your blog. I think that those of us with lupus and autoimmune issues discover that yes, My Life Works Today. Maybe not as well, or without pain, but we do get through it by sheer force of will. I did it to myself again. Another big holiday meal, family dinner, that took 2 days to prepare(and should have been split into 3 days!)I did suffer for it. Of course :) But I got through it, don’t know if I’ll do it again(I always say that). We do push ourselves through each day, though. There is always something. I’m looking forward to the days when I can be healthy and whole. Until then, I’ll take it a day at a time.
    Della
